The morning, in order
One morning, six starts.
Everything happens on Sunday morning. You can register for more than one, and the walk runs in two waves. Pick whichever suits you, the route is the same.

Coming to support someone?
General Admission is free and gets you into the festival at The Battery: both stages, the food trucks, the silent auction, and Immersive 360. Already registered for the walk or the 5K? You do not need one.

Parking decks, the Check-In Desk, both stages, the 5K route, and the path of the walk. The site map above shows the 2025 layout, which we are confirming for this year.
- Getting here
Parking
The event is at The Battery Atlanta, off US Highway 41, Cobb Parkway. Park in the Red, Green, Yellow, or Purple decks; the Red Deck is at 2565 Circle 75 Pkwy if you are navigating. The Orange and Silver/Delta decks are not available for this event.
The first two hours are free, and The Battery charges by the hour after that. Limited metered street parking is enforced, and each deck has a few EV chargers with contactless payment.

Check-in
Everyone checks in, including General Admission. The Check-In Desk is on Battery Avenue, across from the Coca-Cola Roxy.
Have your ticket ready when you reach the desk. It keeps the line moving for you and for everyone behind you.
- 8:00 AM
The 5K
Starts on Battery Avenue, across from the 3rd base entrance, winds through the neighborhood next to the ballpark with three water stations, and ends on the field inside Truist Park. The course is USATF-certified, so times are official.
You receive your bib at check-in; after the race, bring it to the Memorabilia and Merchandise tent in the Plaza for your runner appreciation bag. Registration stays open at the desk until 9:00 AM. Full 5K details

The Walk
Inside Truist Park: First Base Gate in, up to the upper concourse, down through the stands, a lap of the warning track, and out the Left Field Gate into the CHOA Children's Park.
Need to skip ramps and stairs? Ask Braves Guest Services at the third base premium elevator lobby. Collect credentials at the Check-In Desk first; if you miss your wave you may not get into the ballpark. Full walk details
- 9:00 AM · Ages 5–13
100-Yard Kids Dash
On Battery Avenue, starting past the First Base Gate and before the 3rd Base Gate. Dashers collect their credentials at the Check-In Desk.
Three co-ed age groups: 5 to 7, 8 to 10, and 11 to 13. It starts promptly, and children who arrive late may not be able to take part.

Mindful Yoga
A 45-minute session in the Plaza led by a certified teacher: deep breathing, poses that stretch the places most people hold tension such as shoulders and back, and a moment of gratitude.
Yoga mats are encouraged. Arrive early enough to park, check in, and reach the Plaza.

Derby & Children's Park
The CHOA Children's Park hosts a home run derby, a rock-climbing tower, lawn games, and batting cages.
A parent or guardian must supervise every participant. Collect your credentials at the Check-In Desk.

Food
Battery Avenue is closed to vehicles for the event, and food trucks line it near the Coca-Cola Roxy.
There is first-come, first-served seating along that stretch and by the second stage, on top of everything already open at The Battery Atlanta.

Entertainment
Two stages run through the day: Stage A in the Plaza, Stage B on Battery Avenue in the food truck dining area, with activities, dance performances, and live bands on the Plaza Green until 3:00 PM.

Immersive 360
Between the Right Field Gate and Live! at The Battery, an immersive VR stream takes you around the world with live guides.
The Around the World tent hosts board games for every age and a passport activity for ages 6 to 11, with a special gift for finishers while supplies last. Around the Panel hosts guided discussions on AKF themes.

Silent Auction
A blend of generosity, creativity, and spirituality: work by talented painters, unique Islamic art, artwork honoring Mawlana Shah Karim's Golden Jubilee remembrance, and curated gift baskets with gift certificates and collectibles.
All proceeds go to the cause.

Memorabilia & Merch
The Memorabilia and Merchandise tent is in the Plaza, with a thoughtfully selected range of items.

- Seniors
Seniors & accessibility
Senior drop-off is at the Red Deck only, with signage and volunteers assisting where they can. A limited number of wheelchairs are available to check out, first come, first served; guests are liable for wheelchairs that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
The Seniors Circle is in the middle of the action, close to the restrooms and the water and snack station.

Restrooms
Restrooms are at the entrances of all the parking decks.
The closest are on Power Alley by the Red Deck entrance, and on Battery Avenue by the Orange Deck entrance.
